12.30 p.m - Award Giving Ceremony (Mcm Ayah/Mak, Paparazzi, Schematic Boy/Girl, Pakar Motivasi, Loud Speaker, Keluangman/Keluanggirl). Break for Lunch and Solat.
2.00 p.m. - Games & Santai2 (Tea break is served at 4 p.m.)

Finally, it's happening. Teluk Rubiah, here we come!
Opss, lek lu...haa, kt bwh ade few nota kaki yg perlu sume participants tau and amek berat la k. Ade yg diulang suara, and sum up dlm satu post ni.
1. Time is of an essence. Time constraint sgt2lah tinggi, so diharap semua chemists yg pergi dpt beri kerjasama k.
2. We will gather first at UTP, probably kt parking masjid around 8.00-8.30 pagi and then konvoi ramai2 skali gus. Grouping utk kereta akan diedarkan time gathering.
3. Breakfast ada disediakan sekali time warming up.
4. Make sure at least korang bwk baju lebih dalam 3 helai mcm tu sbb kita akan ada keluar masuk air, nk solat lagi, sesi malam lg. Haa..pandai2 korang la yeh. Kita akan bertolak dgn memakai sports apparel (xperlu shoes sbb nnt men kt pantai je, klu nk pakai pn boley).
5. Setiap kereta yg pergi, make sure bwk payung k. Sediakan payung sebelum hujan~
6. Setiap orang perlu bwk air mineral/minuman sndiri (1.5 liter) utk tanggungan tengkolok korang and utk emergency drink.
7. First aid kit ada disediakan, tp personal medication (jika ada), tlg bwk skali k. Haa...kpd puteri dan putera lilin..jgn dilupa krim sunblock masing2.
8. Korang yg menjayakan event ni. so, have fun!

final attendance untuk Cheme Outing 2010 telah disahkan iaitu seramai 102 orang..
dari 102 orang ni, kami dah divide kepada 6 groups.. kenape sampai 6, sebab kami nak sume orang participate.. kalo 4 group je, nanti ramai sangat 1 team, ade ahli lelap kang x syok la kan.. 5 pun tak boleh sebab, nanti schedule games panjang, contohnye tarik tali. game tarik tali banyak mainkan peranan dalam pembahagian groups.
dan masa yang dinanti-nantikan telah tiba...

ok grouping ni more or less dah confirm la, xkan diubah kecuali ade reason yang betul2 valid..
lagi satu, setiap group ade COLOUR masing-masing. so time outing nanti, diharap sume boleh membawa identiti group korang, iaitu dengan memakai baju dengan warna tersebut. tapi takde baju colour tu pun xpe, at least seluar, topi, tudung colour tu pun dah ok. kalau xde jugak nak buat camne kan, no pressure, no stress, kite pegi nak ENJOYY!!

To all who doesn't how to get to Teluk Rubiah, we have provided the map that y'all can refer to --->
But not to worry, we will be convoying to Teluk Rubiah, so we will try to make sure that all of you will be there on time. :D
Secondly, an announcement from the Chef Dept: All participated people are required to bring along drinking water at least 1.5 Liter. Bring also your medications (if any) in case of emergency and please inform them of any allergies to food or whatever. :D
REMINDER: Please bring extra clothes since we have activities in the water. Also bring sunblock lotion if you need to (kulit aku dah gelap, xde effect sunburn pon..haha~).

The activities on that day is still in progress, but keep in mind that we also have activities at night! so free yourselves on this day n have FUN! Also, please give us your input on what type of foods that you are allergic to (as requested by Chef Dept.) via the comments in this post. Thank You!! :D

As part of ChemE's Outing 2010 and as per requested by the Registrar Department, we need your cute and cool SELF picture
You can pose all the way you want but please make sure that your face can be seen and the picture is clear.
Along with this, we've emailed you the picture and data layout to fill in. For other majors, I hope the PICs had already informed this to you. Meanwhile, for Process friends you can check your inbox or google group now.
Send to us your full or half body picture (we might crop it) and your personal details straight to the PIC's email not later than Saturday, 8/5/2010.
We appreciate if you could add some remarks (if any) in the remarks column for us to consider. Guys, in case if you're going back home this weekend, please make sure that you send the file to the respective PICs first okay?

I believe each one of us is anticipating for this event very much as i am. So this a kind reminder and an invitation as well.
Don't forget to join our "UTP Chemists 2010" Facebook group! We welcome your thoughful, creative ideas and comments on the discussion board and wall. Who knows it might be taken as future consideration by the committees. After all, this is our own event we're talking about. So be part of it!
And of course you might want to spare some precious time to join this event because if God permits, we schedule it during the study week. I believe all of you already knew who is the person in charge (PIC) for each respective major. But in case you don't, please refer to the future entry.
For those who are majoring in Process Plant, please do join our very own Google group, "cheme outing-process". Any announcement, reminder, info gathering and sharing will be utilizing this medium. For the rest, you might want to consult with your respective PIC or they will reach out to you. So no worries, you'll receive all the updates ya.
