Next thing, kami Registrar Dept ingin meminta gmbar2 spjg event yg ingin anda share dr kamera anda. Anda semua leh htr gmbr2 tsebut kpd representative2 berikut;

Tentative of Event
Salam to y'all~
Nie nak habaq mai kt hangpa suma pasai tentative outing kite sok. Yg nie dah difinalize oleh Activity Dept, so jom kite layan~ Zasss~~
So team mane2 yg nak menang 2, sile2 la stadi fydp blek.kot2 nnt ade idea2 nk menang ke..hehehe~ Gud Luck to all dan Zaasss~

8.00 a.m. - Berkumpul kt parking lot dpn Masjid UTP.
8.30 a.m. - Start konvoi ramai2 pg Teluk Rubiah~ Wuhuuu~~
10.00 a.m. - Smpai - Breakfast, Briefing by Achul, Aerobic
10.30 a.m - Games Sukaneka
- Mass Transfer
- Cheme Crawl
- Conceptual Design
- Mechanical Drawing
12.30 p.m - Award Giving Ceremony (Mcm Ayah/Mak, Paparazzi, Schematic Boy/Girl, Pakar Motivasi, Loud Speaker, Keluangman/Keluanggirl). Break for Lunch and Solat.
2.00 p.m. - Games & Santai2 (Tea break is served at 4 p.m.)
- Bola Tangkap
- Tarik Tali
6.00 p.m. - Free Time. Break for Solat and Dinner.
8.00 p.m. - Talent Night (for bottom 3 groups from the games). Prize & Award Giving Ceremony (Bakal Dato/Datin, Raja/Ratu Lawak, Kasanova & Tokei Besar VAM).
9.30 p.m. - End & Bersurai.. sob3~

Finally, it's happening. Teluk Rubiah, here we come!
Opss, lek lu...haa, kt bwh ade few nota kaki yg perlu sume participants tau and amek berat la k. Ade yg diulang suara, and sum up dlm satu post ni.
1. Time is of an essence. Time constraint sgt2lah tinggi, so diharap semua chemists yg pergi dpt beri kerjasama k.
2. We will gather first at UTP, probably kt parking masjid around 8.00-8.30 pagi and then konvoi ramai2 skali gus. Grouping utk kereta akan diedarkan time gathering.
3. Breakfast ada disediakan sekali time warming up.
4. Make sure at least korang bwk baju lebih dalam 3 helai mcm tu sbb kita akan ada keluar masuk air, nk solat lagi, sesi malam lg. Haa..pandai2 korang la yeh. Kita akan bertolak dgn memakai sports apparel (xperlu shoes sbb nnt men kt pantai je, klu nk pakai pn boley).
5. Setiap kereta yg pergi, make sure bwk payung k. Sediakan payung sebelum hujan~
6. Setiap orang perlu bwk air mineral/minuman sndiri (1.5 liter) utk tanggungan tengkolok korang and utk emergency drink.
7. First aid kit ada disediakan, tp personal medication (jika ada), tlg bwk skali k. Haa...kpd puteri dan putera lilin..jgn dilupa krim sunblock masing2.
8. Korang yg menjayakan event ni. so, have fun!

Grouping
final attendance untuk Cheme Outing 2010 telah disahkan iaitu seramai 102 orang..
dari 102 orang ni, kami dah divide kepada 6 groups.. kenape sampai 6, sebab kami nak sume orang participate.. kalo 4 group je, nanti ramai sangat 1 team, ade ahli lelap kang x syok la kan.. 5 pun tak boleh sebab, nanti schedule games panjang, contohnye tarik tali. game tarik tali banyak mainkan peranan dalam pembahagian groups.
dan masa yang dinanti-nantikan telah tiba...

ok grouping ni more or less dah confirm la, xkan diubah kecuali ade reason yang betul2 valid..
lagi satu, setiap group ade COLOUR masing-masing. so time outing nanti, diharap sume boleh membawa identiti group korang, iaitu dengan memakai baju dengan warna tersebut. tapi takde baju colour tu pun xpe, at least seluar, topi, tudung colour tu pun dah ok. kalau xde jugak nak buat camne kan, no pressure, no stress, kite pegi nak ENJOYY!!

To all who doesn't how to get to Teluk Rubiah, we have provided the map that y'all can refer to --->
But not to worry, we will be convoying to Teluk Rubiah, so we will try to make sure that all of you will be there on time. :D
Secondly, an announcement from the Chef Dept: All participated people are required to bring along drinking water at least 1.5 Liter. Bring also your medications (if any) in case of emergency and please inform them of any allergies to food or whatever. :D
REMINDER: Please bring extra clothes since we have activities in the water. Also bring sunblock lotion if you need to (kulit aku dah gelap, xde effect sunburn pon..haha~).
